This course is an introduction to inductive bible study involving the steps of observation, interpretation, correlation and application. The four steps of bible study will be applied to all genres of the Scripture with a special emphasis on historical, grammatical, rhetorical and cultural methods of interpreting the Bible.
This course introduces students to the foundational concepts and practices of Christian ministry. Through biblical, theological, and practical exploration, students will gain an understanding of the nature of ministry, its historical development, and its role within the life of the Church and broader community.
The study of Hinduism (in its various historical forms, concepts, and present-day practices) and the teachings of other religions of the world i.e., Animism, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism, Confucianism, Lamaism and Taoism.

This course is a study of the historical, political and religious backgrounds, peoples of the New Testament world, learning the formation of the New Testament canon, and a special introduction to the New Testament books.

This course is used as channel for developing the Spiritual & Ministerial Formation of the students as a Practicum. It includes weekly devotionals and monthly chapels and other activities that contribute to the wholistic formational growth of the students.

This course is an overview of the Old Testament through a book by book study. Attention is given to the authorship, literary structure, historical backgrounds, major themes and contents of each biblical book.

This one credit course is designed to provide the students with orientation and theological research and writing. In the orientation, the students are introduced the methods and processes involved in the online theological education at SIBBC&S and in the theological research and writing the students are introduced research methods and tools necessary for planning and executing research and writing in theological context.
